North Carolina’s first ever Catholic Leading Like Jesus Encounter will take place Saturday, April 14, at Immaculate Conception Parish in Hendersonville, located in the western part of the state.
The Encounter is a day-long seminar designed to teach people how to be Jesus-like leaders at home, at work, in their communities and in their parishes.
It is a compelling mix of dramatic videos, live presentations, self-discovery exercises and large and small group discussions with others who also want to learn to Lead Like Jesus. It will be presented by Dave Coe, a certified Yeshua Institute Facilitator and a member of the parish and its Leadership Ministry.
The program begins at 8:30 a.m. and continues until 5 p.m. It will be held in the Library of Immaculata School, 711 Buncombe St., in Hendersonville.
The parish is sponsoring the day, so there is no charge for materials, lunch or snacks, and non-parishioners are welcome while space is available. Seating is limited and the deadline to register is April 2. To register call Dave or Sharon Coe at 828-989-4412, or send an email to dc2south@att.net.
