Dr. Dan Ebener, author of Servant Leadership Models for Your Parish
(Paulist, 2010), has been installed as a Fellow of the Yeshua Catholic International Leadership Institute.
Dr. Ebener is a professor of organizational leadership for St. Ambrose University, acts as Director of Stewardship and Parish Planning for the Diocese of Davenport, and provides strategic planning and leadership training for Quad City Leadership Consulting, Inc. in Davenport, IA.

Dr. Ebener has been developing leaders in parishes for more than thirty years. Most of his experience has been in social action ministry. After completing his doctorate in business, with an emphasis on nonprofit leadership and management, he accepted a full-time teaching position in leadership studies at St. Ambrose University, while continuing to work part-time as Director of Stewardship and Parish Planning for the Diocese of Davenport, IA.
He has traveled to all 50 states and to about 55 countries, most of them in Latin America, Europe and Africa. He has been a speaker or workshop leader in 35 states. Most of his international travel has involved mission trips or leadership seminars. In January 2009, he taught a leadership course in Patzcuaro, Mexico. In May 2009 and 2010, he taught several leadership seminars in Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia.
Dan was raised in Oglesby, IL in a family of 10 children. He lives in Davenport, IA, and has been married since 1977 to DeAnn Stone Ebener. They have two sons, Josh and Zach. For more information about him and his work, go to www.servantleadershipmodels.com and www.QCLCI.com
