We’re grateful for your support

This week we’re sending out formal letters acknowledging the donations of patrons who may need the letters to file their 2016 tax reports.

I like to look through them and add a little personal note acknowledging their – or your – generosity.

It never fails to amaze me just how many people step up and open their hearts and purses to help us develop Better Leaders, Better Parishes and Better Lives.

As I said, formal letters of gratitude are on their way to you. But I don’t see any point in waiting to thank you for your support.

We’re about ready to print the materials for the Spanish language Encounter. That will culminate several years of effort.

And just this morning we produced a video to kick off a training program for high school chaplains in the Kampala Archdiocese in Uganda. Our biggest challenge this morning was not to slip on the remnants of ice – ice that grounded us yesterday when the taping session was first scheduled.

We can’t tell you what a difference it made not to have to go out and try to scrounge up the funds to print the Spanish materials or to tape the video.

We’re not flush with funds by any means. All of us on the executive team are still contributing our time to Yeshua Institute’s mission, and we’re still getting the work done out of our home. No plush offices for us.

But at least we are able to do that work. And that wouldn’t be true without you and your support.

So once again, thank you!
